The Dining Room offers unrivalled waterfront views of Sydney Harbour through floor-to-ceiling glass windows, creating an idyllic location to enjoy the freshest of modern European cuisine, made with seasonal, sustainable Australian ingredients and artisan produce. With modern interiors of warm, neutral tones a striking contrast to the blue of the harbour, the relaxed yet casual elegance of our restaurant is ideal for lingering lunches, business meetings and romantic dinners.

Enjoy an elegant, long lunch with family and friends or a business lunch with our simple one, two or three course menus, served with a complimentary glass of sommelier selected wine on weekdays.

Our new dinner menus are designed to share and served family-style for the table, with the flexibility for a la carte dining. We recommend our four-course Feed Me menu.

Saturday and Sunday: 6.30am to 11.00am

*Regrettably we are unable to accept external breakfast guests for the month of December due to high occupany within the hotel. This is also applicable for weekends and public holiday's
